Executive Chef Jason Godwin – A self taught culinary marvel, has worked and refined his skills at some of the finest restaurants around including what is formerly known as Under Current, now Caprice Bistro. Sweet & Savory is where he learned the art of pastries and baking and also learned to appreciate the art of cooking and what it took to become a truly GREAT chef. He then moved on to St. James Plantation (pastry chef) and Café Phoenix before becoming the man in charge at Jerry's. Jerry considers himself very lucky to have this young and upcoming chef as his own.
Sou-Chef Steven Powell – Studied at Johnson and Wales in Charleston, SC. Has worked in many of the Souths finest restaurants including the Biltmore Estate and Jasmine.
Not Pictured Doug McMasters - Started as a dishwasher at Jerry's 3 1/2 years ago and hasn't looked back! The chefs and other kitchen staff appreciate his talent, and love working with him.
Jamie Rushing – Started his Culinary Training at CFCC. Worked over the past several years at The City Club & Blockade Runner before coming to Jerry's. | |
