A Wilmington local, started out with Jerry when he was seventeen. Working with Jerry inspired him to further his culinary education at Johnson & Wales in Charleston. While at JWU he worked at Jasmine, a local fine dining establishment. After graduating with honors in 2001 he began working at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville as the Sous Chef of the Bistro restaurant. In 2004, after missing the coast, he returned to Jerry’s as Sous Chef. He took over as the Executive Chef in March 2010.
Started as a dishwasher at Jerry’s 9 1/2 years ago and hasn’t looked back! The chefs and other kitchen staff appreciate his talent, and love working with him.
